What You Need to Use Meevee

Meevee is the Meevee Dial plus calm TV channels for kids aged 2 to 6. Shows play on your TV, never on a phone. Here’s what you need.

The setup

  • A Meevee Dial. The knob your kid uses to start a session and change the channel.
  • A TV device connected to your TV:
    • Apple TV, with the Meevee app from the App Store
    • Google TV or Android TV, with the Meevee app
    • Amazon Fire TV, with the Meevee app
    • Chromecast, which Meevee casts to from your phone
  • Wi-Fi at home. The Dial joins 2.4 GHz networks, which almost every home router offers.
  • The Meevee app on an iPhone or Android phone. It’s how you set up your kids, pick their channels, set time limits and pair the Dial and the TV.

What the app does

The Meevee app is your remote control for Meevee, not a place to watch. It has four tabs:

  • Watch: start a session on the TV, and see what’s on while it plays.
  • Channels: choose each kid’s six channels.
  • Dial: set up and manage your Dial.
  • Settings: kids, routines, devices and your account.

Don’t have a Dial yet?

Open the Dial tab in the app and tap Join the waitlist, or join on the Dial page. We’ll email you when you can get one.
